Why make goals, how to make goals, how to reach them and how to build on them 

Tuesday: Confidence and mental approach

What does playing with confidence look like, how to get out of a "slump" and how to deal with tough coaches

Wednesday: Leadership

What makes a good leader on/off the field, how to be a good teammate and how to win as a team

Thursday: Game preparation and recovery

How to fuel before/after a game, sleep/rest, nutrition, stretching and foam rolling

Friday: Playing at the college and professional levels

My personal experience playing in college and overseas, daily routine, what it takes to get there and self-discipline


Week 1: Mon., June 25th - Fri., June 29th

Week 2: Mon., July 9th - Fri., July 13th

Week 3: Mon., July 23rd - Fri., July 27th

Hours: 9am - 1pm each day

Daily Schedule

9-10 Warm-up and technical drills

10-10:30 Speed, power and agility

10:30-11:30 Shooting & finishing

11:30-12:30 Lunch break and discussion topic

12:30-1 Scrimmaging

Includes instruction, t-shirt, notebook and daily snack (players bring own lunch and water)

Ages: Girls entering 5th - 8th grade
